“It was like we had met before.”
Angie describes the moment she and Niles first connected in 2016 as a feeling of instant familiarity and comfort, something which doesn’t come easily to the reserved, dark-haired beauty. At the time, Niles was living at the opposite end of the country in sunny California. While on a visit to Traverse City, he and Angie found themselves spending time with a group of mutual friends. It didn’t take them long to make the relationship official, despite the distance between their homes. For a months, Niles was flying to Michigan on the weekends to make the most of every minute with Angie.
It was clear to both of them within those first six months, they had found exactly what they were looking for in each other. Fast forward to summer of 2022: With a pandemic and six years of life and love shared between them, Angie and Niles finally arrived at their long-awaited wedding day. Under the shade of trees on a breezy June day in Northern Michigan, the two exchanged vows in front of a small crowd of beaming friends and family. The perfect, idyllic beginning to mark the rest of their lives together.
